Give the Non-Golfers a Real Plan Too

A Copper Rock golf day can work for a mixed-interest group when players and companions have clear, separate commitments.
One Trip Can Hold Different Days
Copper Rock’s official site provides tee-time booking information for its Hurricane course, along with links for its grill and other facilities. For a group visiting Southern Utah together, a round may be the players’ priority while their companions want a different day.
Ask that question before inviting everybody into the same vehicle schedule. Someone who does not play should have a plan they chose, rather than an unspoken expectation to wait at the clubhouse. Check directly with each business before relying on its facilities or hours.
Separate the Fixed Parts
Start with the golfers’ confirmed tee time and the course’s arrival instructions. Then write down what the companions intend to do, including the address and any reservation. Do not build a second outing around a guessed round length or assume a course will admit a non-playing rider.
Decide where the group will reunite. A meal after golf can work if the restaurant has confirmed the arrangement and the players have a reasonable way to communicate their progress. If companions need another pickup before that, include it as a separate movement. Additional stops and waiting should be reviewed as part of the transportation scope. Tell companions which arrangements are still provisional before they book an activity. Their plans deserve the same attention as the round itself.
Match the Vehicle to Each Movement
Count people and belongings for the outward and return trips independently. Golf bags may travel with one group while shopping or overnight luggage joins another. Tell the provider what will actually be loaded, so the proposed vehicle can be checked rather than chosen from passenger count alone.
SGLT can review a chauffeur plan for the mixed group, with service and vehicle details subject to confirmation. Tee times, cart policies, meals and companion activities stay with their respective providers unless specifically included. Send the commitments already booked and the choices still open. We can help you compare a straightforward shared journey with separate movements that give everybody a day they want.
